If for any reason you are not happy with the products received from us you can request a return for the unused items within 30 days of delivery.*

 

If you need to return a product you must contact us at 1 888.436.2800, or email info@patriotmeals.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns that are shipped back to Prepper Meals without a RAN will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

 

1. All products need to be in original packaging and in new condition unless damaged upon delivery.

 

2. If products were damaged upon delivery we will refund or replace your order, and will arrange for our shipping carrier to pick up the products from your home. You will need to show a picture of the damaged product prior to sending back. 

 

3. Items that are refused or undeliverable are eligible for a refund covering the total amount of products ordered, but the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.

 

4. When Patriot Meals receives a return we will check the products and issue a refund, replacement, or credit based the condition of the products.

 

*All returned orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
