Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in charges accrued because of unauthorized use of your credit card. Should unauthorized use of your credit card occur as a result of a purchase made through our Site, you must notify your credit card company according to the procedures outlined in your credit agreement with them.
